Flats - Exploring the Yoga of the Heart

CHF 300.00

Bedrooms are spacious and shared between two students, with beds arranged either as one double or two single beds, depending on preference and who you are booking with.
Each flat also features a shared living area and bathroom, providing plenty of room to settle in throughout the week.

This booking secures your place on the retreat with a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due closer to the retreat, with full details provided after registration.

If you’re booking together with someone specific or have accommodation preferences, you’re warmly invited to reach out after booking so arrangements can be made thoughtfully.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of CHF 300 is required to secure your spot. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to cover upfront costs and secure accommodation.

Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before the Retreat
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start date of the retreat, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations 30 Days or Less Before the Retreat
If you cancel 30 days or less before the retreat start date, no refunds can be issued for any payments made, including the remaining balance. At this stage, it is unlikely that the reserved spot can be filled.

No Shows
No refunds will be provided for failure to attend the retreat or for early departure.

Processing Time:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

Exceptions/Special Circumstance
In the event of serious illness, injury, or other unforeseeable serious circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Documentation may be required in such cases.

This policy applies to all participants of the retreat. By making your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy.
