Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book your yoga retreat with us. We understand that plans can change and we have outlined our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:

Notice Period: If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before the start date of the retreat, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Late Cancellation: If your cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the start date of the retreat, we will not be able to offer a refund. This policy is in place because, at this late stage, it becomes challenging for us to fill the space that had been reserved for you.

No Shows: No refunds will be provided for failing to attend the retreat ("no show").

Processing Time: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

Exceptions/Special Circumstances: In the event of serious illness, injury, or other unforeseeable serious circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Documentation may be required in such cases.

This policy applies to all participants of the retreat. By making your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy.
