How to Improve Thinking

“Writing improves our ability of thinking.”

When we improve our ability to think we improve everything we do exponentially. We are able to articulate ourselves better with clear words and determination. When we reflect on our thoughts on paper we develop a sense of responsibility for what is going on in everyday life. We slow it down, which leads to higher quality in output and from my own experience lower levels of anxiety and worry. Writing about your day and what you've been doing, thinking, and what you're planning to do is essential to being your true authentic self. You journal about life and it shows back to you the way you perceive reality. Do you like it? What would you change?
