*The retreat will be held in English
Invite more lightness into your life, by immersing yourself in a weekend full of yoga, mindfulness, and archery.
The ‘Summer-dream’ will be held around an old hay shed surrounded by hills, from which you can see the swiss alps.
Through yoga, a few cheeky archery workshops, and much more, you will have the space to embrace your inner playfulness and creativity to rediscover ease and lightness. There will be all the yoga, cacao ceremony, fire show, self-reflection, nourishing food, sound healing, forest walks, and the magic that only happens on a retreat.
Class Styles
Yoga Flow
A strong, alignment-based vinyasa practice. Through intelligent sequencing, informed alignment, and yogic wisdom, students are encouraged to slow down and experience every moment of their lives. Our morning practices will be challenging and awakening, yet accessible for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Long, slow, and deep is one way to describe yin yoga. Postures are low to the ground and are held for longer periods of time to bring stillness and restoration to the body and mind. These practices give you time to rest and digest and drop into a state of deep relaxation.
Archery Workshop
‘Archery is a mirrors of your inner state.’
Stand, breath, Focus the senses, feel the tension in your whole body and release it, breath out….
While shooting one arrow, we connect with the whole body on one focus. Experience archery as active meditation in one flow out of the centre into the centre, This practice gives you a better awareness for your physical and psychological strength as well as it is calming down and re-centring you in your daily life.
Nourish your body
A good meal nourishes all the senses and brings people together.
We believe a retreat is only as good as the food!
Breakfast and dinner are included as well as unlimited, fruit, coffee and tea throughout the day so you can relax with a cuppa and a book in a hammock whenever you like. You won’t be disappointed.

Silas Bluemel
WRITER, YOGA TEACHER, LIFE-PURPOSE-COACH, HOST OF ‘ALGEBRA-LIFE’ TRAVELLER
Silas always had a deep love for movement. He discovered yoga during his travels around the world when he was training martial arts in China. Since then the practice has positively influenced his life, to feel a deeper connection to his body, mind, breath, and the people around him.
With his classes, he creates an open space to challenge the body and mind and encourages students to get curious to dig deeper into themselves. He likes his students to leave the class feeling connected, empowered, and rejuvenated.
Silas feels honoured and blessed to take the knowledge learned from his teachers and share it in an authentic way.
