Move, breath, and connect.

Bespoke Yoga classes or Corporate Wellness programs will provide your team with targeted tools to help reduce stress, improve focus and attention and experience increased levels of energy. 

Sessions can be held in the morning before work, during your lunch break or early evening and typically run between 30-60minutes. All that’s required is an open space; a boardroom, meeting room or even an outdoor area nearby.

Where to start?

Classes can be strong and energetic, calm and restorative or a combination of both. They always have a few common threads:

  • Mindful Movement suitable for all body types and ability levels.

  • A focus on breathing which reduces stress, improves focus and concentration and enhances energy levels.

  • Equal parts energising & relaxing. I want to ensure your employees leave feeling rejuvenated and at ease; I keep it light and enjoy having a laugh along the way.
